Printing Non-Owned Inductions

1. When you first enter into the Non-Owner Inductions option, a Select An Option window appears. Select PRINT ACTIVITY REPORT and the system will print a list of all of the inductions that have occurred on the current system date.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The report prints with the following columns:

• Lot – The non-owner lot number
• Loc – The location ID into which the item was inducted
• Item – The name of the item inducted into non-owner inventory
• Customer – The name of the customer who owns the non-owner lot
• Amount – The quantity inducted into the non-owner lot
• UN – The stocking unit of measure for the item
• Induct Date – The date of the induction or the date received
• Lot – The specific lot reference number for the induction into the non-owner lot
• Note – This column displays the note or message associated with the induction.
